General Carpentry
- Interior & Exterior repairs and finishing
Power Tool proficiency
- Safe and skilled operation of drills, circular saws and grinders.
- Bonus Skills: Basic MIG or stick welding skills for quick equipment and gate repairs is a major plus!

- Able to lift heavy loads
- Strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license
